TEEN and ADULT FIT Instructional
Learn equipment safety, proper gym etiquette and get the latest workout strategies. This instructional is taught by personal trainer Christine or Sanya.
ADULT YOGA/GENTLE FLOW YOGA/CHAIR YOGA/MEDITATION
Yoga is a form of exercise with focus on breath and relaxation. All ages and levels are invited. Yoga is a great way to improve our posture, range of motion and functional strength. *One FREE class per person IS PERMISSIBLE*. Adult Yoga is offered Mon/Wed at 6:45 pm, Gentle Flow Yoga is offered Tues/Thurs at 10:30 am, Chair Yoga is offered Mon/Wed at 2:00 pm, and Beginner Yoga is offered Sun at 5:00 pm. Meditation is every 3rd Sunday of every month at 1:30pm.
BOOTCAMP CORE & CONDITIONING with MattThis class includes cardiovascular and strength components to increase calorie burn and will offer a variety of workouts with usage of such equipment as dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, sandbags, and bodyweight to name a few. Participants who come and do their best in this class can expect great improvements, which include but not limited to Weight/body fat loss, Improved cardiovascular fitness, and Enhanced sports performance & athleticism

The Zumba program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves that create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! Class offered Mon/Wed 8-9 pm, Saturdays 12-1pm *a FREE technical class is taught every 1st Saturday of the month*
The original nationwide dance, motor development, gymnastics, and fitness program that combines academic readiness skills which are specifically designed for boys and girls ages 2-5. Kindertots (2) 9:30-10am, Kinderdance (3-5) 10:05-10:50am, Kindergym (3-5) 11-11:30am. Classes are Saturdays and Wednesdays for a 9 week session.
Each 60 minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today’s hottest music. Classes are Mon-Sun. To register, call (512) 917-8853.
SPIKE FROG VOLLEYBALL
*Totally fun, focus on play and moving athletically. Uses very low nets and light balls.

SENIORS HAPPY HOUR
Every Wednesday, meet Seniors, play dominos, cards and enjoy refreshments.
State mandated class for all persons over the age of 17 born after September 2, 1971. The class covers hunting ethics, safety, and shooting, and results in participants being certified to hunt legal game in the State of Texas, so long as they purchase a license. The class is $15, and occurs on September 28 & October 19 for 4 hours. Students must complete a free online portion of the class available at ttp://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/learning/ BEFORE attending class.
This class is a Red Cross course designed for students age 11-18 that includes babysitting, as well as pediatric First AID and CPR. The course is two days, from 4:30-9:30p and students will receive a manual and CD Rom containing additional material they need to start a babysitting business. Students must attend both days and pass skills tests to recieve a certification card. Certifications are good for life, and cards are given out the same day at the end of class.
ADULT AND PEDIATRIC CPR/AED/FIRST AID
This class covers CPR/AED and First Aid for adults, children, and infants. the card is good for two years, and cards are received after successfully passing a skill test at the end of class. The class is two days from 5:30-8:30pm.
