Mission
To provide administrative services and support to the Utilities and Field Operations Departments:

• Streets  
• Vehicle Maintenance  
• Pump and Motor  
• Water Distribution  
• Wastewater Collections  
• Meter Services  
• Community Service Restitution (CSR)  

Responsibilities

• Offer professional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Promote the accomplishment of individual department goals
• Prepare and track work orders, service requests, and water consumption
• Assist other City departments as needed
